Key Job Purpose
Follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store and record goods in warehouse. Receive incoming goods, check for any damages, discrepancies between goods vs invoices. - Regular execution of cycle count and stock-take activities according to schedule and update of transactions.
- Ensure inventory control of products with shelf life and flammable goods.
- Responsible for issue of goods for production use and physical movement of finished goods from production to warehouse before delivery.
- Ensure order integrity delivered to customers
- Ensure on-time delivery of products to and from Sysmex.
- Any other matter as request by supervisor.
Requirements
- At least ITE certificate/ Diploma 3 years
- Inventory and warehouse management (WMS) Hands-on experience with SAP system
- Sense of urgency and meticulous
Basic Microsoft Office software skills.
