1-1. Primary Job scopes:
- Unloading pallets from incoming laden containers by forklift
- Perform the inbound verification by using either eye-ball checking or scanning
- Perform break-bulk from mixed SKU pallets or cartons
- Put-away to either selective rankings / shelvings *In case of put-away to selective racking, the reach truck needs to be operated.
- Picking from either selective racking / shelvings *In case of picking from selective racking, the reach truck needs to be operated.
- Perform outbound verification by using either eye-ball checking or scanning
- Pack multiple items into new carton(s)
- Perform stock-count and find out any discrepancy if necessary
- Do some house-keeping based on the instructions from the direct superior
- Perform daily pre-inspections on the relevant MHEs (i.e. Forklift, Reach Truck)
- Report whatever irregularities to a direct superior in a timely manner.
1-2. Competency
- Must be open and honest
- Need quick response and reporting in case of any irregularities
- Must be accurate in terms of counting / verification
- Must be time-bound on job completion (i.e. within the set turn-around time, need to complete jobs)
- Must be particular on the procedures set forth
1-3. Mandatory conditions
- Must have at least 2-year experience as a warehouse operator.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Attend to user queries on data issues as part of production support for existing Enterprise Data Warehouse and data mart applications.
- Perform production support and track incidents to closure.
