Main Duty

To handle daily varied demands and queries from parents / students / vendors / staff etc.
To call pupils absentees and to check with parents on their child’s status every morning.
To call pupils to convey messages during ad-hoc / special events.
To render first level assistance to walk-in pupils’ needs including sick & injured pupils.
To escalate the case to other colleagues in the office immediately if it is beyond superficial cases.
To handle / support situations when pupils’ vomit, soiled their clothes.
General Duties
To assist in canteen matters, utility, FAS application, arrears fee, bus booking, etc.
To help update the school activity notice board in the office (data accuracy is important).
