You will be the first in command in the facilities and will create and inspect dishes before they arrive at the customers ensuring high quality and contentment.

Must have knowledge on Natural Farming, no GMO, no Refined oils ,etc.
Check freshness of food and ingredients
Supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers
Develop recipes and determine how to present the food
Plan menus and ensure uniform serving sizes and quality of meals

Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities

Must have exp in South and North-Indian Vegetarian food.
Must speak at least one Indian language(Hindi/Telugu).
Must have certificate in Hospitality Management.
Working knowledge of computer software programs will is an advantage (MS Office)
Must Work in Weekend and Holiday
Need to work overtime while peak season
Able to speak in multiple language is an advantage as need to service and communicate with different nationality customer
