DESIGNATION : Admin Assistant (3 months contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES
The main duties will be as follow :

  • Assist the Fruits & Vegetables Ops team to perform the daily operational duties
  • Data entry of daily return to vendor & pricing
  • Liaison with imports / local suppliers on incoming failure arrangement (sorting or return)
  • To follow up with Imports suppliers on Credit note

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Service-oriented, team player with ability to read and communicate in simple English
  • Attentive to details
  • Technical knowledge and skills required:
  • Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, Powerpoint etc)
