Diary management and meeting arrangements

Travel bookings, accommodation and arrangements, manage expenses claims

Arrange venues, facilities and refreshments for large internal and external meetings and workshops. Provide additional logistic support as needed.

Raise Purchase Orders and track approvals in a timely manner

Co-ordinate new starter process i.e. seat arrangement, IT equipment, phone, security pass

Provides logistic support for workshops & meetings

Handle all aspects of office administrations and general staff queries

Support with desk moves, office upgrades, renovation project and logistic for office wide activities.

Manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately

About you

Proven experience as a EA or Administrator in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
A flexible team player with the ability handle multiple priorities with proven ability to meet deadlines.
Exceptional organizational and planning skills with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Resourceful; Can navigate through ambiguity and exercise good judgement in a diversity of situations.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and curiosity to learn new systems (e.g. Concur, Workday).
Professional, discreet and loyal, maintaining confidentiality at all times.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assisting MSWs/CCs in routine matters relevant to patients’/residents’ needs
